Terms and Conditions

The web site contents, terms and conditions and all contracts formed tenpoundjewellery.co.uk and users shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the current laws.

The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
You must be 18 years of age or over to buy product from tenpoundjewellery.co.uk
by clicking the shopping cart and the next button to submit your order on the check-out screen you are offering to buy the goods at the price that is stated subject to our terms and conditions.

The Credit Card address and delivery address must be the same, unless prior approval is given.
We have the rights at our discretion, to refuse to supply goods you order.
Goods are subject to availability. We will not be liable for compensation or damages, if we do not supply goods.

The contract between you and us will be completed on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. Once you submit an order, we immediately prepare all stock items for delivery. You can cancel your order at any stage until delivery. If you would like to request the cancellation of an order, please provide:

1. Customer name
2. Order number
3. Date of your order
4. The Product Code and Quantity of the item you would like to cancel.

Please visit our contact page or e-mail this information to web.sales@tenpoundjewellery.co.uk. We promise to respond to your request as quickly as possible, usually within two working days. Please inform us of any cancellation at the earliest opportunity.

 

Returns

Please notify sales@tenpoundjewellery.co.uk within 48 hours should there be any problems with the goods you receive.
Email sales@tenpoundjewellery.co.uk with 48 hours of receipt of goods with the details of item/items you wish to return and your order number. We will than email you back with a return number and address to send it.

For your own security, we strongly recommend that you return the item/items via recorded delivery. Please ensure that you include your name, address, order and returns number with the item. Please return unworn and in original packaging. If the security tag has been removing, it will be deemed that the item had been worn. Please inspect your goods before removing the security tag.

Upon receipt of your goods, we will refund or exchange the item/items returned. The postage/packaging cost is not reimbursed on retuned items.
For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds or exchange are available on pierced earrings We also cannot accept the exchange or refund of necklace and earrings sets for the same health and safety reasons.
Goods must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt, after this date not under circumstances, refund or replacement will be offered.
Refund will be within 30 days of the return of the unused purchase.

Changes on Website

We reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw details and price of our products without prior notice. All measurements show is approximate.

As with any natural products, colours and sizes of pearls and semiprecious stones may vary very slightly from those shown.

Should there be an error on the price description we reserve the right to supply goods at the correct price, any changes will be notified via email prior to the order being processed.
All items on our site are priced in pounds sterling and you will be billed in pounds sterling this means that the amount you actually pay will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed.

 

Shipment

If a shipment outside the UK is lost or damaged, replacement will be entirely at the discretion of tenpoundjewellery.co.uk

Free Gifts with purchase must be returned together with your purchase to be eligible for a refund, or, you can choose to return the purchase for an exchange or store credit and still keep the free gift.
Prices do not include UK VAT as we are not currently registered. However this may change in the future and will be clearly stated.

We list availability information for products sold by us on this website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about the availability.

 

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving your funds, outside the UK, delivery time approximately 10 days. We cannot be held liable for any delivery delays resulting from Royal Mail industrial action, i.e. a strike. For security of delivery all of our deliveries are sent by courier or signed special delivery.

Tenpoundjewellery.co.uk does not ship to P.O Boxes if you haven't received your order, please email sales@tenpoundjewellery.co.uk

 

Postage

Postage and packaging costs are added to the ordering stage. All orders are posted first class or recorded delivery.

As a general rule postage and packing is between £2.50 - £6.00 depending on the weight of the item and the number of items ordered.

Orders that Excess of £100.00 will be posted without delivery cost (UK only) every jewellery item ordered from TenPoundJewelley will arrive wrapped in tissue paper in Jiffy bag.

 

International Delivery and Outside Mainland UK

When ordering goods from tenpoundjewellery.co.uk for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges from customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We would like our international customers to be aware of this. Parcel inspection may be carried out by the custom authorise.

Goods will be despatched by international recorded service and charges are according to weight and destination. Please contact sales@tenpoundjewellery.co.uk to place your order and specifying your destination country, we will then contact you to advise the shipping costs.

 

Privacy Policy

We are totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you. Any customer information collected will be done so lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We do not collect information deemed "sensitive" under the Data Protection Act 1998. Your address details (but NOT your credit card details) are retained on a restricted access system within the UK and in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. When you place an order on line we will need to know your name, address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This will allow you to pay for the items you have ordered and ensure that they are delivered to you at the correct address.

We do not sell, rent or trade information about you. We follow the rules of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 which includes strict security procedures to ensure that stored information is not accessible by unauthorised persons.

 

Security of Personal Information
