I want to place an order, how do I know this is in stock?
No worries there, if an item is sold out, it will say Sold Out

Do you take orders from the telephone?
Yes, Please call 029 20770665 Monday to Friday 9am to 5 pm.  If we are busy, please leave you name and telephone number and we will call you back ASAP.

I would like to place an order, when will I receive it?
If you place the order before 3 pm Monday to Friday, we will do our best to send it out within two working days.  We will use first class royal mail sign for.   Please allow a few days. 

What is the cost of delivery? 
UK delivery starts from £1.95 upwards.  For next day recorded delivery £5.00

Do you accept orders from outside the uk?
Yes, we accept orders from worldwide.  Recorded sign for £6.00 regardless how much you order.  Please allow 7-14 working days.

How do I know you had received my order?
Once your order had been placed, you will get an email which confirms your order, billing address, what you had ordered and the total amount that’s been paid by your credit card.

I want to buy something from TenPoundJewellery  for a gift.  Do you have a box?
Yes ? we can supply your gift beautifully packaged in our FREE luxury gift box with ribbons and there will only be a slight increase in the cost of postage.

I'm worried about the security of using my credit card online. Is your site safe?
Don’t worry, it’s safe, as the security for this site is powered paypal 

Payment

Which payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit card including Visa, Mastercard, solo, Switch and Delta/Connect.

Can I pay by Cheque or Postal Orders?
Forever Jewellery ltd is able to accept cheques; however goods will be delay for 5 days, as orders will not be dispatch until cheque is cleared.  Goods paid by postal orders will be sent out as soon as we receive the postal order.

What happens if I don’t like the item/s?
We aim to make shopping stress free as possible.  Just return it to us within 10 days of receipt, you will be offered a full refund.   We recommend you return the item/s to us by registered post.  Forever Jewellery Ltd, 10 Glyn Rhymni, Rumney, Cardiff.  CF3 3BF

Please note: For hygienic reasons, we have a strict no returns policy on all pierced earrings including sets which include pierced earrings.

Am I able to exchange goods?
We will be happy to exchange or refund, if you return the items to us within 10 days of receipt, providing they are returned in prefect condition and in their original packaging.

Will you send me any information about your products in the future?
Only if you want us to.  We have an opt-out tick box on the checkout page so that you can choose whether we send you details of new products, free price draws and special offers.

I have sensitive skin. Do you supply Nickel-free jewellery?
No problem, here at TenPoundJewellery ALL our items are Nickel free, that's all of our earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, watches and hair accessories are Nickel-free so you can choose any product from our range and be totally safe.
